Hey Jenn, am sorry to hear about you getting screwed on this deal. Yeah, Punky's still on here. Hope it's not him, though. I'd recommend you just leaving the seller some nice, scathing feedback. You might be able to contact ebay concerning this deal. Perhaps could contact the BBB of whatever town he/she lives in.

As for the name/info, that's the weird thing; the invoice from ebay said "Punky Glitter", but when I emailed the seller to ask where to send payment, I was instructed to send it to a female. I do still have her address, as well as all emails regarding this particular auction. I only ever received one response from the seller, which was right after the auction ended and I was told where to mail my check. Both the invoice and the email to me where from the same yahoo email address. I do have duplicate checks, so I can prove I did pay, and the auction number was written on the check...I'm just not sure what, if anything, I can do from here... [img]frown.gif[/img]
Ok, so about a month ago, I won an auction on ebay for a Heart Throb Mob DVD sold by one "carealotbear2004" . I sent a check for payment; check cleared Aug. 3 according to my bank statement. Here it is, a good 17 days later, and no DVD. Despite several emails, I have received no response from this seller, and according to ebay, this seller is no longer registered. I've never had something like this happen before, but it's left me seriously pissed off. I've checked in with a few others who won stuff from this seller, and none of them received anything, either. Looking at the feedback profile, there are none from buyers, despite quite a few people having won stuff from this seller recently. Did anyone else win an auction from carealotbear2004? Or maybe here's a better one...is that seller someone on this board, or does anyone know this person? They did have a lot of glam stuff up for grabs...I dunno if it's weird coincidence or what, but my invoice email was from a "Punky Glitter" and the seller is located in MN. Anywho, yeah...it's late, I'm crabby cuz I got no DVD, and if anyone could let me know what the bloody hell (if anything) I can do to either get my DVD or get my money back, I'd appreciate it.
I won 4 DVDs of this seller including Lovermaker and HTM. I agreed to buy more outwith eBay but never heard back. Still have her email address but it looks like she has been banned as it now says unregistered. Would have been willing to part with the money too. Maybe I should stick to trading with people here or give up altogether.
Also watch out for a guy called 'gerry_rare_items', he's acomplete fraudster.

And if that doesn't work...she will be reported to the IFCC for fraud, and I will do everything I can to ensure that the law brings down some whoopass. Maybe I'm "just" out about $35, but that's why people keep getting away with shit like this...because the victims just don't seem to care that much, since it's not a huge sum of money. LOL K, but then again we did bid on a risky auction. I had a hunch that this would be a rogue, but I guess I never got as far as payment. Sorry you lost money but when I was bidding on Queeny Blast Pop, I did think it was too good to be true.
